FLAT DIE CUTTING
Our printing technique is called flexography, which is a direct rotary printing system in which flexible plates are used, in high relief, which transfer the image directly from the plate to any type of material.
ROTATING DIES
Our cylindrical moldings are of curved wood base, for roller of 37-½ ", 38", 39, 50, 51, 66, 82, up to 86 inches. The packaging that we manufacture in rotary are those required such as the corrugated boxes. Because of its continuous movement, rotary die-cutting achieves greater productivities.
OPEN DIE
We have the perfect solution for your project of cutting of greater density, using knives of 8 points, which allows you to cut materials such as: Plastic, Leather, Fabric, Leather, Carpet, Stick, etc.
We adapt to the design that you require based on the material that is going to be cut.
